The Pramac GDW375V/FS2 is a professional industrial diesel generating set engineered for applications where dependable high-capacity three-phase power is essential.

At the heart of the generator is the Volvo TAD843GE, a 7.7-litre six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine operating at a low 1500rpm. The engine features electronic speed governing, water cooling and a robust industrial design suitable for demanding power generation applications.

The generator provides 360kVA / 288kW Emergency Standby Power and 327.3kVA / 261.8kW Prime Power, making it suitable for both emergency backup installations and extended operation under variable electrical loads.

An optional Data Centre Power configuration is also available, providing 327.3kVA / 261.8kW DCP output for suitable data centre installations.

Volvo Industrial Diesel Engine

The Volvo TAD843GE combines compact displacement with strong power output and proven industrial reliability.

Mecc Alte Alternator

Electrical generation is handled by the Mecc Alte ECO38 2L4 C brushless alternator.

The alternator provides a 370kVA standby rating at 27°C and a 350kVA continuous nominal rating at 40°C.

It offers approximately 93.5% efficiency at full load, Class H insulation, IP23 protection and approximately ±1% voltage tolerance.

Fuel Consumption & Runtime

Fuel consumption is approximately:

52.75 litres per hour at 75% Prime Power

68.83 litres per hour at 100% Prime Power

A range of fuel tank configurations is available from 350 litres up to 2,200 litres, providing flexible runtime options for different applications.

Depending on the selected tank, approximate runtime at 75% PRP ranges from 6.64 hours to 41.71 hours.

Automatic Mains Failure Control

The optional ACP Automatic Control Panel provides Auto Mains Failure functionality for standby applications.

The system offers full generator monitoring and protection, detailed event and performance logging, and compatibility with remote control and I/O expansion modules.

Parallel Generator Operation

The optional MPP Modular Parallel Panel allows the generator to work in parallel with other generator sets.

Up to 32 generator sets can be configured for parallel operation, making the GDW375V/FS2 suitable for larger industrial systems, load sharing and redundancy applications.

Open, Canopy & Extra Silent Versions

The GDW375V/FS2 is available in open-frame, weatherproof canopy and Extra Silent canopy configurations.

The standard canopy version uses galvanized sheet steel and acoustic insulation to protect the generator from harsh environments while reducing operating noise.

The standard canopy provides approximately:

• 97 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 78 dB(A) sound pressure at 1 metre
• 68 dB(A) sound pressure at 7 metres

The Extra Silent version reduces this further to approximately:

• 94 dB(A) guaranteed sound power
• 75 dB(A) at 1 metre
• 64 dB(A) at 7 metres
